They come freshly washed and lanolized with L.A.M.B soap. These measurements are at rest and stretched. Please also remember that the waist size will adjust smaller with the drawstring. Newborn: 10"-18" Waist, 14" Rise, 6"-9" Thigh Small: 12"-20" Waist, 16" Rise, 7" -11" Thigh Medium: 14" - 22" Waist, 18" Rise, 9" - 13" Thigh Large: 16"-24" Waist, 20" Rise, 10"-13" Thigh Don't see your size?
